This Accessibility Statement applies to serialshield3d.com, operated by D.D Collectables LLC, doing business as Serial Shield 3D™.
Our Commitment
Serial Shield 3D™ is committed to making its website, products, services, and customer-support information accessible to people with disabilities. Our goal is to provide a website that can be used by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice input, magnification, or other assistive technologies.
Accessibility Goal and Current Status
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as an ongoing technical goal and guide for improving this website.
The website has not yet completed an independent, comprehensive WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance audit. Serial Shield 3D™ therefore does not claim full conformance at this time. Accessibility work is ongoing as the website is built, tested, updated, and expanded.
Measures We Take
Our accessibility work includes using meaningful page titles and headings, supporting keyboard navigation, providing visible focus indicators, adding text alternatives for meaningful images, maintaining readable text and color contrast, supporting browser zoom and responsive layouts, labeling forms and controls, presenting clear instructions and error messages, and making cookie-consent choices keyboard accessible.
We review new pages, products, images, forms, videos, embedded content, and major design changes for accessibility as part of the website-maintenance process. Automated testing may be used, but automated tools cannot identify every accessibility barrier, so manual review and customer feedback are also important.
Current Accessibility Features
The current website includes a skip-to-content link, named navigation areas, descriptive alternative text for meaningful product images, keyboard-addressable menus and consent controls, and a permanent Cookie Settings control that allows visitors to review or change their cookie choices.
The website is designed to work on current desktop and mobile browsers. Results may vary with older browsers, unsupported devices, browser extensions, or assistive-technology combinations.
Known Limitations
Some pages created during the ongoing website rebuild may not yet have fully consistent heading structures or other accessibility details. Third-party content, embedded videos, social-media feeds, payment tools, shipping tools, Google services, and other outside services may also have accessibility features or limitations that are not fully controlled by Serial Shield 3D™.
STL files and other 3D-model formats require compatible software and may not be usable with every assistive technology. Contact us if you need a text description, measurements, product information, or another reasonable format that we can provide.
We are continuing to identify and correct accessibility barriers. If a known limitation prevents you from obtaining information, shopping, requesting custom printing, or contacting us, please tell us so we can assist.
Third-Party Content and Services
Serial Shield 3D™ may use third-party platforms and services to process payments, provide shipping or tracking, display videos or social content, measure website use, prevent fraud, or support other website functions. We encourage these providers to offer accessible services, but we cannot guarantee the accessibility of content or interfaces they control.
If a third-party service creates a barrier during a transaction or another website task, contact us. We will make a reasonable effort to provide assistance or an alternative method when reasonably possible.

Alternative Access
If website content or a website function is not accessible to you, Serial Shield 3D™ will make a reasonable effort to provide the requested information, product details, customer service, or transaction assistance through an accessible alternative when reasonably possible.
Requesting accessibility assistance will not result in an additional charge. Product prices, shipping charges, taxes, and other ordinary transaction costs still apply.
Response and Ongoing Improvement
Accessibility reports will be reviewed as promptly as reasonably possible. Response and correction times may depend on the nature of the issue, the information provided, and whether a third-party service or technical change is involved.
